How does Himcolin work and what pharmaceutical group does it belong to?

Himcolin belongs to the local ED preparations of a herbal origin. Therapeutic effect of the medication causes a vasodilation in the cavernous tissue and thus improves blood flow to the penis. Himcolon also possesses moisturing and soothing action. Himcolon helps to to prolonge ejaculation time.

Which conditions are treated with Himcolin?

Himcolon gel is used to treat Erectile dysfunction. Himcolon gel should be applied on the penis right before sexual intercourse.

Apply adequate quantity on the penis and the pubic region with a gentle massage before sexual intercourse. Avoid using Himcolin Gel on the glans penis.

What should a patient know prior to taking the medication?

Himcolin gel should not be applied in known hypersensitivity to any of the medication ingredients.

Talk with your health care provider prior to taking Himcolin if you have penis deformation, any infectious disease of the genitals.

Which adverse effects may manifest when using the medication?

In rare cases Himcolin may cause local burning, irritation, itching, redness of the penis.

The drug is affected by the following:

• PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Calis, Levitra)
• Herbal supplements that improves blood flow to the penis (pigPRX)
